Duality is a realistic simulator focusing the gamer community on building and testing safer robots. The mission of players is to both attack and collaborate with virtual robots in completing real-world scenarios. Intelligent systems have reached a tipping point for mass adoption due to inexpensive sensors, powerful computers, accessible AI tools, and labor shortages in key industries. These powerful building blocks have laid the foundation for innovation, but they have not solved the human robot interaction challenges!
What You’ll Do
Own the sales strategy and work closely with the Duality leadership team and cross-functional teams such as marketing, product and engineering to ensure revenue goals are met.
Clearly communicate progress on a weekly, monthly cadence to key-stakeholders
Collaborate closely with customer success and product team to analyze results, identify opportunities to establish or improve systems, processes, and programs, and ultimately drive positive change.
Work with customer success and product teams to seek new opportunities for platform growth within existing customer base.
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 12-15 years of related sales experience
Prior experience in enterprise B2B strategic sales. Prior experience selling SaaS software solutions or platforms.
A track record of developing people and building teams, with references
Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills
Analytical and executive level presentation skills
High degree of comfort with change; Duality’s an early stage, high growth company that will see a lot of change in the coming years.
Experience in enterprises such as manufacturing, construction, farming, automotive, logistics or warehousing.
Flexibility to travel as needed for strategy, planning, and various sales activities
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
